The WIlliamsburg home plan is one of the most popular available and it's not easy to work out why that is. This very versatile plan can be a 3 bedroom, 3 bedroom with den or 4 bedroom home. It is a very cost effective plan so has tremendous value for a home over 2000 SF that is less expensive that many other smaller plans. A grand tall foyer leads into formal living and dining areas at the front of the home. A large eat in kitchen with enough counter top and cabinets space for any large group is at the center of this family home and is open to the great room. Two secondary bedrooms flank one side of the home and the master suite with separate shower and soaking tub rest on the opposite end of the plan. Most owners add a 12 foot or 20 foot covered lanai to the rear of this home creating an oasis away from it all.
