Exquisite apartment just off the Croisette You may have seen this exquisite three bedroom, three bathroom apartment in an interior design magazine. Entirely renovated by an architect, it looks like a theater décor. We are on rue Commandant André, a pleasant street with pretty boutiques and cafés. The residence is an old but well maintained building with a tiny lift that will take you directly into the apartment on the fourth floor. Please, note that the lift can take one guest at a time. The living room has high wooden ceilings. It is beautifully presented and offers a warm atmosphere. The cozy dining area is suitable for eight guests. The kitchen corner is cleverly hidden in the living room, next to the dining area. The master bedroom is on the upper floor. It is under attic and it has a large roof window giving a lot of light to the room. It has a double bed of 160cm. It has an en-suite bathroom with an old-style tub and separate toilets. The second bedroom, very romantic, also has a double bed of 160cm. The third bedroom is roomy. It has a kitchenette which can be useful for a little snack. The room is equipped with two single beds that combine into a double bed if preferred. There are two separated bathrooms, each with shower and independent toilets. This is a sumptuous apartment only a short stroll from the beach and from the luxury boutiques and five minutes’ walk from the convention center. In order to validate your booking for this property, we will need a certificate from your insurance including the cover for civil liability for furnished apartments letting. A security deposit in case of damage will also be required by bank transfer. It will be returned to you at the end of your stay after checking the inventory (eventual extra and/or damages will be deducted).
