Residence of six good-quality apartments in the heart of Cannes The residence comprises five one-bedroom apartments each with approx. 36 sq m of living area, and one two-bedroom apartment of approx. 60 sq m with a large terrace. The residence is situated just behind the Grand Hotel, a six-minute walk from the Palais des Festivals. There are two apartments per floor, on three floors without lift service. This is the two-bedroom apartment on the first floor. It is composed of a one-bedroom apartment plus a separate bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The living room features a sofa bed. The first bedroom has two single beds which can be combined to form a double bed if preferred. The first bathroom features a shower cabin and a toilet. The kitchen is simply equipped and opens onto the living room. You access the second bedroom via the terrace. The second bedroom is very roomy. It features two single beds that combine into a double if you whish. You will also find a bathroom with shower and independent toilets. This two-bedroom apartment has the benefit of a large 30 sq m terrace with view over a courtyard. All six apartments offer a similar above-average standard of accommodation. They can be let singly or in any combination required, depending of course on availability. This is obviously very interesting if you have a group of delegates to accommodate, allowing everyone privacy and independence, whilst at the same time being available at any time for meetings and discussions.
